KS Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. leases and manages commercial real estate in Topeka for corporate, institutional and individual customers. The brokerage team seeks to match occupants and investors with commercial real estate that meets their needs and results in a transaction that is beneficial to all parties. The property and asset management team oversees the day to day operations of properties, and strives to protect and increase our customer's assets. The project management team can take an idea or concpet from design all the way through to completion. Consulting services allows KS Commercial to apply the unique knowledge and skills of team members on special projects including, feasibility studies, master land planning, construction oversight, opinion of value letters and similar assignments. Our unique team approach encourages members to work together to help each other achieve the best possible results, while providing unmatched customer service.

The 1996 merger of Ken Schmanke and Phil Morse combined the efforts of two top producing commercial real estate professionals in Topeka, Kansas. Phil and Ken have been active in the Topeka commercial real estate market since 1988. Steve Wieser, CPM leads our property and asset management division, oversees our financial services and several key brokerage accounts. Amy Fultz's extensive accounting and finance background contributes to her ability to provide leading edge financial and lease administration services for our property management customers. Mike Morse, Mark Rezac, Ed Eller and Chris Palmer are dedicated to providing outstanding brokerage and consulting services. Melissa Beier possesses the knowledge and experience to help us provide leading edge marketing services.
