HOME EQUITY LOANS
We offer loans secured by the available equity in your home. We can do a 5 year fixed rate loan for up to 90% of the value of your home, less any existing mortgages. Adjustable rate loans are available up to 10 years; different rates apply to other options. Your Home Equity Loan may qualify for interest deductions (see your tax advisor). Minimum loan amount $2,500.00.

HOME EQUITY REVOLVING LINES OF CREDIT
Kansas State Bank offers revolving credit lines using the available equity in your home. This is an adjustable rate mortgage loans that is available for up to 10 years, and you can have the payment automatically taken from your Kansas State Bank checking account. Revolving Credit Lines can be for up to 90% of the available equity in your home.
