Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is a leading Salt Lake City-based commercial law firm. Since its formation in 1975, the firm has grown to nearly seventy attorneys who provide corporate clients and individuals with transactional, litigation and regulatory assistance.

Founded in 1975, Parr Brown Gee & Loveless - "Parr Brown" - is one of Utah's largest commericial law firms, providing a full range of legal services to a diverse group of corporate and individual clients. For 33 years, the lawyers of Parr Brown have gained a reputation for their extensive experience in handling complex financing, acquisition and commercial transactions, as well as litigation, arbitration and mediation on a local, regional, national and international basis.

We take pride in the quality of our lawyers, and aggressively recruit the top graduates of the nation's most prominent law schools. Our lawyers graduated with honors, and many have served as Judicial Clerks in state and federal courts throughout the country, including the United States Supreme Court.

The firm's legal talent is enhanced by practical and geographical experience. Several of our lawyers have been employed by private businesses, working in management and in-house counsel capacities, and many have practiced at law firms located in states other than Utah, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Washington D.C., as well as Japan.

Our attorneys have experience facilitating business transactions in international markets, including South America, Canada, Europe and Asia, and roughly one-third speak a second language, including Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Lao, Portuguese, French, Russian, Tagalog, German, and Thai. Our ability to provide national and international services to our clients is complimented by the firm's participation in Meritas, the world's largest organization of independent and commercial law firms. Through this international network, we can assist clients through access to legal counsel throughout the world.
