Tiger Mynarcik, Real Estate Broker since 1990 and Jill Childs-Mynarcik Real Estate Salesman/Broker since 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada began real estate careers working under State Senator and Broker William O’Donnell. We saw the need for expanded service into the property management field and then opened and incorporated Trade Wind Investments in 1994. Specializing in a diversity of properties, our sales and management expertise covers single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartments.

In 1999 our property management division liquidated its apartment management accounts and began to focus strictly on single family homes, condominiums and town-home management and sales.

In 1999 we bought or own building located in the beautiful northwest area of Las Vegas. Services now include real estate sales, and property management. Trade Wind has become an all inclusive real estate store for our clients.

Trade Wind stays tuned in to all new advances in technology and we were the first in town to offer a web-site that profiles photographs inside and out of our available properties and allows tenants to apply on-line. We are a member of Experian credit bureau and can obtain a credit bureau on an applicant in less than one minute, we can also report bad credit on tenants owing money. We were the first to offer direct wire transfer to our clients so they would receive their rent within 24-hours of us receiving it. We offer computerized monthly operating statements and email to communicate with us.

We pride ourselves on being a company offering excellent personalized service to our clients, with many fee structures to meet everyone’s needs. We currently have three property managers on staff, with customer service and accounting to help every owner and tenant with each of their needs.

Tiger Mynarcik Owner is a Real Estate & Mortgage Broker in the State of Nevada. Tiger is a Nevada State permitted Property Manager. Tiger’s focus in college was managerial and cost accounting, corporate taxation and business administration. Tiger began his career in Real Estate as a Team Leader and Company Recruiter/Trainer and Franchise Sales for WHY USA Spring Valley in 1991. Tiger was top selling agent of the year in 1991. Top producing sales agent out of Nevada franchises 7 times. Top producing agent out of 300+ nation franchises 2 times. Tiger has served on Commercial Investment and Audit committees at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Tiger has always focused his career on investor acquisitions/dispositions of single and multi family income producing properties. Tiger has an extreme grasp on financing. Jill Childs-Mynarcik co-owner Broker/Salesman has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 1992. Beginning her career while in college majoring in accounting, Jill worked for the largest property Management Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico and found her calling. Jill is the President of Trade Wind Investments. Jill is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Honor Society, The Institute of Real Estate Management and the local Channel 13 “Ask the Expert” for property management in Las Vegas. Jill is an Accredited Residential Manager and a Certified Property Manager the highest designation available to property managers through the National Institute of Real Estate Management. Jill is a Permitted Property Manager and helped in writing the test to permit other managers in the state of Nevada. Jill has served on the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Property Management Committee for 8 years, serving as Vice-Chairman in 1996 and Chairman in 1997. Jill has served on the Education Committee at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Jill is a qualified instructor of Property Management. Jill was the only Realtor from the city of Las Vegas to lead the fight and create legislation to separately educate, test and permit property managers in the State of Nevada in addition to having property managers required to have their real estate licenses. Jill has been rewarded by her peers and was given the Realtor of Month award in July 1997 and April 2000, for her outstanding efforts in the field of property management. Jill is dedicated to her business and involved in the daily operation of the company. Jill currently manages over 55 million in single family home rental properties. Jill maintains high ethical standards in her business and personal life.
