The branch manager, Bill Bulloch, is a Georgia native, and also graduated from the University of Georgia. He has lived in various parts of the state, including Albany, where he was born and raised, and all over Atlanta for the last 16 years.

Having owned his own business at the age of 22, Bill learned how the real world operates from a front row seat. The company grew and changed over the 4 years it was in operation, and Bill was exposed to every facet of the up and down curves of a new business. He followed that into a career in finance, with a progression into the residential mortgage business.

Bill is a real estate investor with a group of friends and associates. He is active in his church, Mount Pisgah UMC, serving on the cooking team, the man to man leadership team, and also as a bus driver. His wife, Kathryn, is the marketing director for Georgia Lending Partners, and along with their children, Carrison,Will, and Beaumont also attends Mount Pisgah. They make their home in Roswell.
