Pre-Visit Counseling: We discuss housing and family needs with each transferee prior to their visit. Therefore, we can select and inform the sales associate accordingly and make the transferee’s visit as organized and productive as possible.


Informative Websites: We provide each transferee with several websites about the area. These sites allow them to familiarize themselves with our communities, schools, government, taxes, etc.


Relocation Packages: We send each transferee a relocation package specific to their area of interest. The packages includes a Chamber of Commerce magazine, map, education options, statistical data, and community brochures.


Community Information: From public and private school information to pet boarding kennels, daycares and elderly care, we are a resource for information that will be helpful in meeting the transferee’s needs.
