In October of 1991, Hank Saurage established Saurage Company, Inc. as a professional commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. Through innovative property marketing and management, Saurage Company, Inc. quickly became an industry leader.

In 1993, Saurage Company, Inc Property Management was established, and Residential Services were added in 1995. After 12 years of successfully operating a full-service real estate company, Hank Saurage merged the residential division of Saurage Realtors with Coldwell Banker Phelps McKey to create the residential firm of Coldwell Banker One in June of 2007. Upon the merger, Property Management and Commercial Real Estate remained the key areas of practice for Saurage.
