Areas of Practice Include:

Criminal defense. My criminal defense practice ranges from traffic citations to misdemeanors to felonies. I represent out-of-state visitors to Virginia as well as local residents. I also defend individuals charged with drug offenses, assault and battery, theft offenses and probation violations.

Expungements. If you were charged with a crime, but never convicted, I can help you remove the charges from your criminal record.

Landlord - Tenant Matters. I represent tenants and landlords in both residential and commercial settings.

Real estate. I handle a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including complex real estate title matters; landlord-tenant disputes; evictions; residential real estate transactions, from the negotiation of contract terms through closing; and unwinding foreclosure rescue scams.

Family law. I work with men and women at all stages of a divorce or family law issue, from the initial filing through post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement.
